At Moki, every item is made to order with love in our workshop. We always aim to get orders printed as quickly as possible and typically have a 1-3 day processing time. Once your item is made and on its way to you, you'll receive an email confirmation.

• Royal Mail 48: Flat rate of £3 for orders under £30
• Free shipping: On all orders over £30

Please also bear in mind that at busier times of year, Royal Mail do occasionally experience delays so delivery can take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements

Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and a brief description (plus a photo if possible), and we’ll make it right.
